Barthek combines a clever use of space along with a practical layout, making it a perfect base for seaside holidays. An ambitious three storey scheme was put forward that enabled the panoramic sea views to be maximised. Extensive groundworks and retention allowed the ground floor to be built into the side of the hill maximising the use of the plot.
Internally a great deal of collaboration with the new owners on the finish and specification delivered an almost bespoke finish that exactly met their requirements.
