Designed by Peter Hume Chy an Brea in Trebetherick was built in 2015/16 by a local contractor and offers stunning views over the St Enodoc golf course towards Brea hill and the Camel estuary.  ARC Developments worked with the architect to design the house and were responsible for the interior design and external landscaping.

Project Details

Attention to detail in the design and specification of internal finishes has delivered a truly stunning property. The open plan living on the ground floor maximises the views over the fields to Daymer Bay whilst a floating staircase takes one up to the mezzanine lounge area with elevated Estuary views where the changing weather and tides can be enjoyed in all seasons.

The outside palate was based around the natural weathering of cedar in the elements and the resulting colouring balances well with the trees to the rear enveloping the property.
